The City of Ontario is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2019, it will begin accepting passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for passports Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ontario City Clerk’s Office conveniently located in City Hall, 303 East B Street, Ontario.
Individuals wishing to apply are encouraged to visit travel.state.gov to obtain passport and international travel information, documentation required, application forms and fees to complete the process for submission. Travelers are reminded that the U. S. Department of State may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete the process.
