ONTARIO, Calif. – On Wednesday, May 8, 2019 from 9:00 am-11:30 am, the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (IESBDC) will host a FREE SB 1343 Sexual Harassment Supervisory Training Seminar at the De Anza Community and Teen Center (Dance Room), 1405 S Fern Avenue, Ontario CA 91762.
SB1343 now requires employers who employ 5 or more employees (including temporary or seasonal employees) to provide at least 2 hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisory employees by January 1, 2020. We will be offering the 2-hour mandatory training, at no cost to you. Attendees will be awarded a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of the training (must attend the entire 2 hours). Business owners and start-up entities alike are welcome to attend.
